Pet Friendly Rentals
We’re dog people too.
That’s why we offer pet-friendly rentals where tails can wag freely and you can relax knowing your pup’s
truly welcome.
Each stay comes with a little something extra for your dog—just because we’re glad to have them. After all,
vacations feel better when the whole pack’s together.
Our FAQ and Pet Policies
Is there a pet fee?
Yes. A $25 per night, per dog fee applies at all pet-friendly cabin rentals.
We welcome up to two dogs per reservation and use this fee to ensure each stay remains clean, comfortable, and ready for the next guests, both human and canine.
What do I bring for my dog?
Please bring a dog bed (pets are not allowed on furniture) and a crate if you plan to leave your dog unattended. Crating helps prevent anxiety-related damage and is required for all unsupervised dogs in our pet-friendly cabins.
Crates are available to borrow in limited quantities—ask early when booking. Each cabin includes a set of food and water bowls to make your dog feel at home in the mountains.
Our Pet Policy
We’re happy to welcome your furry companions—at select properties.
To keep every cabin clean, peaceful, and guest-ready, we ask that pet owners follow the guidelines below.
General Pet Guidelines
Pet-Friendly Homes Only: Dogs are allowed only at cabins clearly labeled “Pet Friendly.”
Two Dogs Max: Limit of 2 dogs per reservation.
Advance Approval Required: Please disclose all dogs you wish to bring when booking to avoid issues at check-in.
Service Animals: ADA-recognized service animals are always welcome. Emotional support animals (ESAs) are considered pets under this policy.
💲 Pet Fees & Fines
Pet Fee: $25 per dog, per night (non-refundable).
Unattended Dogs: $200 fine if found uncrated and alone in a property, plus any additional cleaning/damage costs.
Furniture Cleaning: Additional fees apply if dogs are found on beds, sofas, or other furniture. Dog hair removal is a very time consuming task for housekeepers. We ask that you bring your pet's own bed for this reason. Use of our pillows or blankets for dog beds will result in a charge to replace those items.
Pet Waste: We require that you pick up all pet waste from the property before leaving. A minimum $50 fee applies if waste is left behind.
Unauthorized Pets:
Even in pet friendly cabins, all dogs must be disclosed to our staff for approval and pet fees must be paid for each pet.
$100 fine per pet that is discovered at a non–pet-friendly property
Plus the standard $25/night fee
Additional charges may apply for damage or cleanup.
🏠 Supervision & Conduct
Dogs must be supervised at all times. If left alone, they must be secured in a portable crate.
Dogs must remain off all furniture (beds, sofas, chairs, etc.).
Guests are responsible for cleaning up all pet waste.
Please ensure pets are quiet and respectful to neighbors—excessive barking may result in noise complaints to authorities and early removal from our property without refund.
⚠️ Restricted Animals & Breeds
No puppies under 1 year old, no aggressive dogs, and no pets with a history of biting.
No cats, birds, reptiles, or other animals are allowed under this policy.
Not sure if your dog qualifies? Just ask—we’re happy to help.

Every Cozy Cabins property is privately owned. Our pet policy exists not just to maintain cleanliness and comfort, but to honor the trust of the homeowners who share their cabins with you. Your care ensures these special places stay welcoming for future guests—both with and without pets.
